Responsibilities:

 

Handle customer inquiries, explain services and problem solve via the telephone

Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting

Requires knowledge of company products and/or services

Demonstrate commitment to helping customer make informed decisions

Learn and apply new sales and customer retention techniques

Introduce and make recommendations for additional (new) products - ability to upsell

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by members of management

 

 

Qualifications:

 

High School diploma or equivalent

Some college preferred

Must be able to work 3:30PM-Midnight Monday through Friday, and rotating Saturdays between the hours of 9AM-6PM

Ability to type at least 30wpm with 90% accuracy

Previous Customer Service experience

Excellent phone voice - tone and clarity

Excellent communication skills

Ability to navigate the Internet and Microsoft Windows

Dependable, reliable and motivated

Positive and professional attitude

Ability to multi-task (listen and type at the same rate)

Scheduling flexibility a must
