Customer Service Representatives-Washington DC

Budget Rent A Car is hiring Customer Service Representatives at our 1620 L Street, Washington DC location.

 

This position involves shift, weekend and holiday work and presents an opportunity for someone seeking to enhance his or her customer service skills.

Reporting directly to the Manager, the primary function of this role is to provide a quality and professional service to all Budget customers. Applicants should enjoy interacting with customers and sales work.

Responsibilities include: Selling Budget products and services. Satisfying customer needs and making customer satisfaction a high priority. Carrying out customer transactions in accordance with Budget policies and procedures. Handling and reconciling cash transactions.

The successful candidate will possess: The ability to work as part of a team. The ability to sell the Budget products and services. Judgment / problem solving skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Basic keyboard skills.
