CONTEMPORARY STAFFING SOLUTIONS
Is now hiring highly skilled Customer Service Representatives to work at a MAJOR credit card company in Horsham, PA!
Responsibilities:
Assisting & responding to customer inquiries, solving and following through on customer problems, selling the benefits of being a cardholder and offering related products and services to existing customers, and meeting sales and service standards.
Qualifications:
HS diploma; college degree preferred, previous customer service and sales exp., Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent problem solving skills, excellent communications skills and the ability to multi-task.
Shifts and Pay:
Schedules are available between the hours of 8AM to 8PM, Monday through Friday, and 8AM to 5PM on Saturday. $12/hr. + incenctives. This is a temp to hire position.
