Customer Service Reps - NEWARK- Immediate Hire

Customer service  agents needed for an evening  in-bound call-center position (3:30- 11:00)

with a fast-paced telecommunications firm.

 

Duties will include:

  Handling high volume incoming calls

  Answering and resolving customer inquiries

  Schedule appointments for service and repair

 

Qualifications:

Professional telephone manner and excellent communication and verbal skills

  Prior call center experience a plus

  Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word a must

 

Must be available for one month of paid training in the morning

(generally 7:00 a- 3:00 p).

 
Position is in Downtown Newark and is accessible via PATH
