Position Summary: 

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering incoming telephone calls from the Customer Service QUE.
Required to provide the highest level of customer service satisfa.

Principal Duty & Responsibility

? Order Entry, Data Entry, Product Research,
?  Expedite Order, Expedite Purchase
?  Order review, Proof of Delivery, Pricing and 
?  Availability, State License collection, etc. 

Other Responsibilities

? Order Entry of Product and Rental Orders
? Entry of incoming emailed and faxed orders 
 Product Research
? Proof of Delivery
? Answer and Resolve New Account Application Inquiries
? Collect current customers license information
? Notepad Entry


Minimum Skills & Knowledge Requirements

? Customer Service oriented
? Able to work shifts / Must have flexible schedule
? Excellent knowledge of the Medical Specialties
?  Distributors supply product line
? Excellent problem-solving skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Minimum 2 years of experience
?  in a call-center environment
? Training skills
? Able to type 35wpm (minimum)
? Ability to work under pressure
? PC proficient - Excel, Microsoft Word and Windows
? Excellent communication skills
? Proficient phone skills
