Customer Service Reps needed for Cingular

Receiving calls from customers regarding billing and payment questions.

Calling customers that are past due on their accounts.
Resolve billing questions and disputes in a timely manner and negotiate an immediate promise to pay.
Outbound calls to customers that are past due on their wireless account.
Gather customer information, fulfill customer needs, educate the customer to prevent future contacts and document the reasons for the call.
Provide Courteous and professional service.

 


High School Diploma or GED.
One year of prior call center/customer service or collections exp preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, time management, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle a multitude of customer issues in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.
Ability to sit, talk and listen and keyboard continously for extended periods of time.
Ability to work extended/variable hours, including Saturdays.
Must be flexible on shift schedules - the department is open from 8am till 9pm and 9am-6pm on Saturdays.
Must be able to pass a background check.
No past due bills in collections with ATT, Cingular or Bellsouth.
Training for the first 7 weeks - Monday thru Friday - time to be determined.

Positions start 8.28.06 - 7 weeks of paid training - Training times are 7am-4pm!!
