Customer Service Respresentative

Dillanos Coffee Roasters, a fast-paced, growing company is looking for an energetic and organized person who doesn?t miss small details to join our expanding Customer Service Department.  Our commitment to our mission statement and core values has been the driving force to our continual growth.  In April 2005, Dillanos was awarded ?The South Sound?s Top Place to Work? in the first annual recognition program created by the Puget Sound Business Examiner. 

 

Candidates for this position must have advanced Excel knowledge and at least two years of customer service experience.  The ideal candidate will have Quickbooks experience.  Duties will include but are not limited to:  Call customers for orders, invoice orders, create roasting chart twice per day, work closely with the sales department and accounts receivables.  Exceptional customer service is an absolute must.  Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, work well in a team environment and have the ability to work with a diverse group of people.  This position is full-time and includes benefits.  Hours are 8am-5pm, however, flexible hours are needed to meet changing customer demands.  Overtime is possible.  Pay will depend on experience.
