Customer Service / Sales Assistant

Mydent International, a leader in Dental Disposable products, is looking for a dedicated and responsible person to join our Customer Service Department and assist our Sales Department with important functions to help grow our business.

 

Providing our customers timely information and helping give our sales staff the tools to be successful is what this position is all about.

 

Mydent is in business for 20 years and is a growing company doing business in over 25 countries.  We manufacture many dental and medical disposables and have been consistently growing over the last few years.

 

Applicant should be able to work, Monday - Friday, about 40 hours per week and possess previous experience of servicing customers/people.

 

Skills/Other Qualifications:

 Excel Spreadsheet Skills

 Word Skills (word processing)

 Polite, calm and easy to work with

 Team Player

 Communication Skills

 Honest and ethical

 Able to handle different tasks on a daily basis

 Knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software to find

 answers to help our customers and salespeople
