Customer Service/Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose: 

Maintain customer accounts for food manufacturing company.

 

Job Duties: 

 

Provide customer support by telephone, electronic and written correspondence.

 

Process orders which includes sending confirmations, preparing bills of lading, setting appointments for shipping and communicating with warehouse, arranging freight with outside companies.

 

Process invoices which includes the preparation, distribution and filing of all paperwork related to orders/invoices.

 

Prepare or coordinate the preparation of all necessary documents for product being shipped outside of the U.S.

 

Provide management with ongoing status of orders, freight rates, customer requests and other items as needed.

 

Assist with the book reconciliation of inventory items.

 

Requirements:

 

Outgoing but professional attitude; comfortable dealing with all levels of customers.

 

Proficient in Microsoft applications and comfortable working with multiple software applications. 

 

Ability to be detail oriented while multi-tasking in a very fast paced office. 

 

Strong organization skills.
