Customer Service/Sales Rep.

We need your ability to clearly communicate via telephone and email to our 6 million plus internet banking customers.

Our representatives are the first point of contact with potential and current customers and play an important role in our business. They are responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries related to online financial products and services.

The ideal candidate must be:
enthusiastic and dedicated to providing superior customer service and sales through building rapport, recognizing customer s expressed and unexpressed needs, and personalize recommendations for product and service referrals,
highly motivated and can recognize and seize opportunities for our customers,
possess excellent written and oral communication skills,
able to navigate on the Internet,
detail-oriented, and
able to multitask while responding to customer inquiries.

Shifts:
Full Time day/swing schedules between the hours of 6am - midnight. Schedules will include at least one weekend day, if not both. Training will be Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6pm for 9 Weeks.

Salary Range:
$11.50 - $12.50 per hour based on experience


Minimum Qualifications: 1 year customer service and sales experience,
a proven track record of success in a customer oriented environment where you assisted customers by listening, teaching, matching needs with solutions,
strong PC skills including ability to troubleshoot problems related to the Internet, and
experience in a call center, financial services or related industry


Preferred Skills: Bi-lingual in Spanish. Qualified candidates must pass the language certification test in Spanish. The selected candidate will receive language certification pay in addition to base pay.
