Customer Service Sales Representative

Responsibilities include:

? Initial point of contact in Call Center receiving non-routine calls.

? Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through verbal communication

? Ensuring customer and marketing information is handled appropriately, accurately and expeditiously

? Identify caller by utilizing customer and/or prospective database searches, PeopleFinder or Customer Contact guide

? Effectively probe caller to ensure appropriate resolution

? Utilize all systems available to resolve customers? requests

? Multi-tasking of job functions (data entry between handling calls)

? Must have knowledge of company and all products offered by the company

 

Required Qualifications:

? Effectively communicate with internal/external customers on a daily basis

? Read and comprehend short memos, forms and instructions

? Write simple correspondence such as short notes, brief forms or instructions

? Use spreadsheet, database, word processing or financial software to enter, edit and retrieve data

? Maintain high levels of confidentiality

? Strong communication, organization and time management skills

? Ability to maintain composure with the volume of non-routine type calls received

? Handling calls while simultaneously supporting Customer Care Center operational

workflow response requirements

? Excellent interpersonal skills

? Familiarity with workflow processes

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

? Ability to excel in a team environment

 

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
