Customer Service Specialist- Call Center - 12 mos.

Looking for an opportunity to use your customer service skills?

Use your talents to provide telephone customer service to existing and prospective customers. You will receive specialized training to help ensure your success as you provide claims service and handle general customer service and billing inquiries. This is a Sunset position lasting 12 months.

Requirements:
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
PC experience (Windows, MS Office and typing speed of 30 WPM).
Strong problem solving and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment with high attention to detail.

Strongest candidates for this position will have experience in one or more of the following areas: call center, customer service, claims, customer billing, or underwriting.

The position includes 6 weeks of training: training will be Monday - Friday. Shift is 12:00pm-9pm M-F - occasional weekend work required.
