NCO is the leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing including customer relations management w/ Int?l & multi state locations. Our Humble, TX location is currently searching for Customer Service Supervisors to support inbound customer care project for a large wireless provider.

This position will be responsible for supervising a team of 15-20 customer service representatives depending on the nature of the program or inquiry in accordance with client program specifications.  Assist representatives in fulfillment of goals through monitoring, positive constructive feedback, initial and on-going training, tracking and evaluating performances, and motivation.  Understand, forecast and establish an action plan for achieving the goals of the department/company. Identify and document problems and offer new ideas and approaches to drive productivity.

Understand and administer procedures regarding payroll, incentives, and all necessary reports.

Track the development of CSR?s via monitoring forms and reports.

Develop and deliver training based on implied needs.

Prepare and conduct pre/post shifts and team meetings.

Create and implement motivational tools and contests for CSR?s to help drive performance.

Maintain personal statistics during tenure as CSR during Service Assistant process

 

Those interested should have flexible schedules this center is open 365 days a year.  High school diploma or GED equivalency.  2+ years supervisory experience preferred, previous call center experience a plus. Excellent communication and written skills are needed. Individual must be organized, highly motivated, self directed, customer focused & committed to service excellence.
