Customer Service Support Associate (Entry Level)

ANH Refractories Company and its affiliates, A.P. This position is located in our Corporate Headquarters located in Moon Township, PA.



Qualified candidate should possess a B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business or related field or in final stages of obtaining such degree; Understanding of quality customer service process; Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment; Competent in Microsoft Office products particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; One to two years in office environment, preferably in customer service/sales/marketing.



Responsibilities include:



? Assist with quotation preparation/research (including securing freight rates, determining pallet counts, obtaining drawings, item look-up).

? Enters quotations into QAD computer system.

? Assist with preparing?quote-to-final order.

? Learn order entry/maintenance flow system.

? Gather and report data from various tracking logs in Excel or PowerPoint.

? Standard practice documentation.

? Miscellaneous clerical tasks including copying, faxing and scanning documents.

? Process monetary disputes.
