Customer Service Supv 2

Job Description: This position is located in Walnut Creek, CA and is part of the Business Payroll Services, (BPS), business line. BPS is part of the Diversified Products group.

The Customer Service Supervisor 2 has responsibility for supervising staff providing payroll related customer service.

Duties may include: supervising workflow and quality of customer service reps; working with management team to identify problems and improve customer service levels; interfacing with other Bank departments; correspondent banks and/or vendors to resolve issues; communicating company and unit policy, procedures, and practices to customers; making employment decisions and setting performance standards; training and coaching staff; writing and conducting performance evaluations; performing budgetary, product and/or business case analysis; researching/analyzing special projects as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications: Previous supervisory/management experience.
Previous payroll experience, specifically payroll service provider experience.
Excellent coaching and people management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience and proven skills in customer service.
Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical abilities.
