The Opportunity:We?re seeking bright, articulate, Customer Service specialists to:Resolve issues encountered by users, Identify and report bugs and user interface issues, Act as a liaison to our Product and Engineering teams,Field sales inquiry calls (earn residual commission for closed sale). - Project ManagementYou will receive initial and ongoing product and industry training from an experienced staff.
Roles & Responsibilities:Provide technical support for customers ? from both e-mail and phone inquiries. Fully resolve their problems.Train new customers to become familiar with our service.Become completely familiar with all aspects of our service.Field sales calls. Explore the prospect?s needs, outline our solutions, and go for the close. Commissions are paid for successful sales.Collaborate with other employees by providing important customer feedback, process-improvement suggestions, new troubleshooting tips and other actions in improving our product.
Requirements:Technical support experience. Telephony knowledge a plus.Ability to identify and troubleshoot computer issues such as application errors, software installation/removal steps, etc.Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, pleasant personality and friendly phone voice. Excellent organizational, customer service, and teamwork skills.Be able to meet in Stockton/Modesto corridor for periodic training sessions.
Hourly pay in the $12 to $15 per hour range, depending on your qualifications and experience. Medical and Dental benefit options.
