Customer Service/Tech Support Representative
Job description:
VMdirect, LLC offers advanced digital media products. We current have an opening for Customer Service/Technical Support Representatives to answer customer calls and email in a fast and friendly manner. We are looking for upbeat, polite, hardworking, honest, individuals who can multi-task.
We offer paid training, a supportive work environment and excellent benefits.
Compensation ranges from $10-$12 per hour (DOE)
Essential Requirements:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment Excellent spelling and type at least 30 wpm Commitment to superior customer service Ability to take ownership for work Above average technical pc- trouble shooting skills Must be able to represent our brand in a professional, impressive and courteous demeanor at all times.
