Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Direct-Hire candidate for one of our prestigious customers in Somerset New Jersey.

Solid office experience, and the ability to handle approximately 20-30 calls per day. 90% of your day will be spent dealing with customers' issues, and concerns. MUST have EXCELLENT Data Entry skills, quick and accurate. Must have worked in a call center environment and have the ability to process orders, comfortable with order entry.
Handle all of the systems and application issues within the Level 1 Operations Center. Troubleshoot all issues. Escalate issues to Level 2 as needed update all production issues in the trouble ticketing system in a clear and efficient manner.

You will be required to track information into the internal database in MS Office suite. Your daily job duties include but are not limited to Order Entry via Data Entry, Resolving any miscommunications between the office and the warehouse. MUST have excellent communication skills and phone manner. Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, have composure. Someone who wants to career path.

Salary: $26,000-$31,000

Benefits: Medical and Dental/ Oxford and Ameritask, 401K after 6 months, after 1 year, 2 weeks vacation, annual performance review.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
