Customer Service (Tr. – Sr.)

AMERICO is one of the nation's largest privately held life insurance based financial services company and manages over $5 billion in assets. AMERICO is searching for Customer Service Representatives

Customer Service Representatives keep policyholder accounts accurate and current by performing data entry processing, responding to phone inquiries, or a combination of both. Typical processing transactions include address changes, beneficiary changes and policy surrenders.

 

Requirements:

 

Trainee - Good keyboarding and PC skills, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to type 40 wpm. Previous customer service experience (preferably in a financial services related industry) is needed. College degree is preferred and may substitute for experience. Representative candidates must have the same basic office skills as Trainees. In addition candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working in an insurance processing environment. College degree is preferred but not mandatory. Education may substitute for some experience. Sr. Reps. must have the same basic skills and have at least 3 years of experience working in an insurance related processing environment. Candidates must have the ability to process multiple and complex transactions. Degree preferred but not mandatory. Education may substitute for some experience.
