Customer Service Trainer

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN

To provide trained employees to address customers in a consistent and efficient manner. To provide training to new contractors and employees on business processes and systems. To provide training and written documentation for system and business process upgrades.

 

Train high quality, consistent new hires to ensure consistent service from any and all customer service employees to customers or sales reps.

Provide system support to the lead operators and supervisor to help understand the business processes.

Recommend system changes and work with IS to implement changes for more efficient systems, including testing.

Interview and recommend candidates for hire.

Provide feedback and coaching for employees to ensure consistent performance.

 

Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 0-2 years of related work experience with a basic understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Additional Information Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage training program for U.S. Customer Service - new hire curriculum, on-going training, refresher training

Manage documentation for all training mentioned

Work with Supervisors and Group Leader to evaluate and implement process changes

Work with Lead group to implement new training

 

Key Skills:

 

Strong oral and presentation skills

Previous experience in training and customer service

Previous experience in process documentation and other written communication skills

Ability to effectively work in a team environment

Strong planning and organizing skills with attention to detail

Solid knowledge of systems - SAP is preferred but not required

Some experience in coaching and/or training others in a formal or informal setting
