Capital One Auto Finance is currently looking for a Manager skilled in leading and building teams for the location in Tulsa, Oklahoma.? This unique opportunity will support our direct to consumer auto lending operations and includes but is not limited to the following job responsibilities:
? Manage a team of 15+ Non exempt associates in a fast paced environment.
? Motivate staff to collect on delinquent accounts while providing a positive customer experience
? Coach and develop associates to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
? Continuously analyze current business work flows and productivity/efficiency results in order to seek process improvements
? Respond rapidly in a challenging, fast-paced environment where new variables are constantly emerging
? Work with analysts and senior management in order to develop new ways of improving Capital One?s information based approach to minimizing credit losses

Required Skills:
? 2+ years Call Center management experience.
? Candidate must be able to work one of the listed schedules, and be flexible to change schedules per business need
? Proven ability to develop and achieve aggressive results
? Strong leadership and "People management" skills as exhibited by past success
? The ability to operate efficiently in an unstructured, ambiguous and constantly changing environment
? The ability to make quick and accurate decisions which may, at times, be based on limited information????
? Previous experience in financial services industry
Preferred:
? One year management experience in auto collections with a Fortune 500 company.
? A demonstrated understanding of general management principles derived from college level courses and/or on the job experience. Bachelor?s degree a plus.
? Demonstrated strength in Applies Integrative Decision Making and Drives Towards results
? Unit Manager must be able to work nights and at least one weekend day.? Generally night schedules are from Noon -9pm CST with day time weekend hours. (e.g. Sun 9a-6p, Mon-Thu 12p-9p)
