Customer Service Verification Specialist

WorkingRx, a leader in Workers? Compensation Claims Management provides essential financial services to pharmacies nationwide and a broad range of third party products and services.

Purpose:  To facilitate invoicing to payers by researching and verifying claim data transmitted from pharmacies.

Contact all appropriate parties to obtain, verify and validate correct claim information.

Contact insurance carriers, employers, doctors, patients, regulatory agencies and be able to explain workingRx?s role in the workers comp process.

Clearly document claim activity in company billing system.

Familiarity with Workers Compensation laws, rules and regulations for state(s) assigned

 Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Must be able to spend majority of scheduled shift on telephone

 Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Effective verbal and written communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak fluent English, bilingual skills a plus

Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills

Skilled in with Windows based and Microsoft Office programs

Basic understanding of insurance processes a plus

6-12 months previous customer service experience a plus
