We are looking for high energy, motivated and assertive TEAM PLAYERS to work remotely from their homes (you do NOT need to be a San Diego Resident) for our busy call center in the Loan and Maintenance Fee Department.



Job Description:

-Handle customer calls in an efficient and timely manner.

-Handle reservations ? timeshare, options, air, insurance, upgrades

-Must meet departmental objectives for on line ratio, handle times.

-Provide assistance, as necessary, to ensure the resolution of problems for callers.

-Maintain up to date working knowledge of internal systems and procedures as well as a solid understanding of our services

 

 

Skills/Requirements



-Ability to work from home office with minimal supervision

- MUST have home computer with internet access.  We will provide phone.

-Proficient typing and accuracy skills

-Excellent customer service and problem solving skills

-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

-Must be computer literate

-Bilingual Spanish, German or French HIGHLY DESIRED
