Customer Service and Call Center Representative

BizChair.com is the leading online retailer of office chairs. We are currently seeking to hire additionaly customer service representatives at our Kennesaw, GA location. We are looking for a highly organized, self motivated individual with excellent communication skills to be a part of the BizChair team.

 

Requirements:

*2 years of call center experience

*2 years of customer service experience

*Proficiency with all Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

*Excellent verbal and written skills

*High school diploma or equivalent

 

Responsibilities:

*Responding to customer inquiries and requests

*Keeping accurate customer account records

*Answering customer emails

*Place orders for customers

*Keep customers informed of order status

*Answer product, pricing, and availability inquiries

*Work closely with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met

*Answer phone calls on an Avaya ACD system
