 Answering incoming telephone calls in a high volume call center environment.  Providing product information to consumers. Completing product sales over the telephone (with the opportunity for commission-based bonuses). Addressing customer questions through email.  Resolving product and delivery issues for customers. Maintaining complete and accurate customer records. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing metric-related results.Sharing ideas to improve business processes.

 

What We Look For

 Experience in customer service preferred.  Call center experience a plus, but not required.  Unbelievably pleasant and professional phone demeanor required. Strong written and grammar skills necessary. Internet Savvy. Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel). The ability to master new tasks quickly, and juggle multiple tasks. Strong time management and follow-up skills, ability to meet deadlines. Minimum of high school education. An interest in working hard.

 

What Are The Hours?

 40+ hours/week Monday through Friday, possibility for evening/weekend hours if you have a flexible schedule
