If Customer Service experience in a call center environment or face to face customer service, Adecco has an excellent opportunity for you to shine. Position Details:

International Customer Service Representative’s (ICSR) role is to provide customer service to company’s bilingual external sales force, internal customer and other vendors and/or customers via telephone by providing order entry, product sourcing, research, expediting and service information. The ICSR ensures the customer receives timely, accurate, one-stop shopping. The ICSR answers telephone inquiries and provides information such as product specifications, price and availability. The ICSR must maintain a high level of customer service to quickly serve the needs of the field sales reps and customers calling.

Minimum Qualifications:

-6mths Customer Service/Call Center experience
-MS Windows or common PC knowledge
-Must pass pre-employment test (Data Entry)
-Must be proficient at written and oral communication in both English and Spanish
-All candidates must be available to work Monday –Friday 6am to 8pm
-Must successfully complete a drug and background screen
