Customer Services and Compliance Manager

CLP RESOURCES, a leading Skilled Trades Provider since 1987, is seeking a Customer Services and Compliance Manager for our headquarters office in Reno, NV.  With over 60 branch offices in the U.S. and growing rapidly, this is an exciting time to join the CLP team! 

 

The Customer Services and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing, leading, and directing the Customer Services staff to ensure department goals and deadlines are successfully met.  The position ensures timely and efficient processing of client invoicing and client payments, reviews accuracy and control of billing and field payroll transactions, and makes certain prevailing wage projects are accurate and in compliance.  This position is also responsible for supporting branch operations and developing staff in order to maintain high quality customer service.

 

Successful Customer Services and Compliance Manager skills and characteristics:Bachelor?s degree from a four-year university; or seven plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceManagement experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite software programsDemonstrated experience with accounting principles and systems
