Customer Support Analyst/Translator, English & German or English & Korean

Job Description:

Front-line business software application support in a call center environment to purchasing and contract?professionals and their suppliers. Also responsible for writing and translating technical help documents.

?

This position requires strong translating skills (both written and verbal) as well as working overnight/early morning hours. Please make sure your resume clearly reflects your language skills. Resumes without this information will not be considered.

Required:

?

?????????? MUST BE BILINGUAL or MULTILINGUAL ability to fluently speak, read, and write: English and Korean or English and German. Strong written translating skills to include business terminology, and appropriate grammar and punctuation. You will be required to submit a writing sample.

?????????? Experience using Internet-based tools and other software applications: MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Web Browsers (various)

?????????? Knowledge of business processes and corporate computing environments
Proficient in keyboarding (50-60wpm)

?????????? Able to work overtime (10-12%)

?????????? OVERNIGHT HOURS to support international customers

?????????? Able to work some holidays

?

Desired:2-4 years prior work experience in a business software support role2-4 years experience in a call center/help desk environmentExperience in any/all of the following databases: Oracle, MSSQL and MySQL?????? Experience in database reporting applications

?????????? Bachelor's in Business Administration from an accredited four-year university

?????????? Technical writing experience

?????????? Translator experience

?????????? Experience using Robohelp and Captivate

?????????? Demonstrated trouble-shooting and problem solving capability
