Description The Customer Support Coordinator provides assistance to internal and external clients with inquiries regarding accounting transactions, policies, and procedures with direct supervision. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of firm policies and Shared Services Center processes. The Customer Support Coordinator interacts directly with all levels of individuals in a call center environment. This individuals verbal and written communications must be handled in a diplomatic, tactful and professional manner sometimes in challenging circumstances.

Responsibilities

Performs duties and responsibilities with direct supervision in accordance with department policies, procedures and Service Level Agreements.

Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that meets or exceeds customers needs within policy guidelines; identifies and escalates issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

Exhibits a positive can-do attitude and approach to responsibilities; meets new challenges and changes with an open mind; demonstrates commitment to the job.

Works effectively with others within work team and department; contributes to an environment that promotes effective teamwork and collaboration.

Vacation may not be taken during peak volumes periods (e.g., year-end close).

Qualifications
