We are currently seeking individual in both the Green Brook and Princeton Junction New Jersey areas.

 

Overall Responsibility:

Candidate will provide support to the Executive Director and Team in Customer Service, Marketing, Sales and Administration Duties.

 

The Focus of the Responsibilities Include:

33% Customer Support and Service

33% Marketing and Sales

33% Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include:

Handling Customer Support Emails,

Coordinating and Sending out Marketing Emails and assist with Client Support.

PR and marketing execution.

Assisting with marketing Sales Calls

Communicating with Vendors and Clients

Scheduling meetings, managing schedules

Arranging business travel and coordinating small projects.

Requirements:
Excellent communication (verbal and written)

Strong phone skills with the ability to handle rejection

Detail and results oriented, good organizational skills

Self-starter with ability to handle large volume of work
The ability to task your own deadlines and handle small projects.
Ability to multi-task and work in a Fast Paced environment

Positive attitude and high energy level

Proficient with outlook and basic excel, and word.

 

 

This is a Full Time permanent position, no experience necessary, training provided.
