CUSTOMER SUPPORT RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST

 

Datalink is seeking a Customer Support Relationship Specialists at our corporate facility in Chanhassen, MN.  This position is responsible for answering the majority of incoming support center customer calls during standard working hours, as well as create, verify and appropriatly define severity of cases; resolve routine issues and/or escalate to product support areas.  This individual will be an advocate for assigned customer accounts and take a communication leadership role for high severity activities.  Other accountabilities include maintaining a post-sales contact with clients in order to facilitate a positive and long-term relationship and providing technical reports/analyses to management and customers.

 

 Necessary Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

 Highly developed customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication skillsNo less than 1 year experience providing telephone support within a customer service / technical support environmentProficient with MS Office suite and ability to learn new software applicationsMust be proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools and have the ability to examine and articulate technical information though database report creation and analysisComprehension of technical terminology and environmentsAbility to identify, manage and document time sensitive situations Heavy telephone usageAbility to remain professional under stressfull situationsExperience in a fast-paced team environment with frequently changing priorities

 

The standard working hours for the customer support call center are 7:00 am ? 7:00 pm CST.  The successful candidate who fills this position should be shift and time flexible to meet these requirements.
