Customer Support Representative - Operations Center

Customer Support Representative - Operations Center

 

Will be responsible to oversee maintenance operations on select routes, shift and/or customers to support aircraft maintenance requirements.  Will coordinate daily activity with field personnel and customer departments.  Will also implement call center processes to resolve customer issues and act as liaison with customers and line station supervisors to track aircraft locations and required maintenance events.

 

This Call Center facility is a 24/7/365 operation.  Ability and willingness to rotate through all three shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays, etc.) will be required.

 

Strong planning and problem solving skills are required.  You must be a self-starter able to work independently and within a global team environment.  Aircraft maintenance background is also important.
