Customer Svc Rep, Call Center

Description: Under limited supervision, provides timely, accurate and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for a variety of Personal Lines products, plans and programs. May independently solve problems of limited scope and complexity.
Assumes responsibility for decisions, tasks and actions, which could have a significant impact on other activities. Identifies, analyzes, and owns customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business.

Qualifications:
Associates degree in a business related field or equivalent training or a minimum of 2 years related work experience is required. Customer Service experienced required. Working knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products, plans and programs in a customer service environment is desired. Ability to review, record and organize written data from a variety of sources with no prescribed format is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Appropriate licenses upon hiring/training, along with passing a Proficiency Assessment is required.

We are hiring for Full-Time Customer Service Representatives. Flexible schedule based on company needs with start times ranging from 11:00AM-3:00PM. Starting pay will be $30,100 annually ($15.44/hr).
