Customer and Sales Support Rep

SummaryIn this position you will manage and be accountable for all service-related activities for a designated region(s) including support of Hospital
Sales Executive and Hospital Sales Representative.Description? Responsible for customer services, inquiries and orders.
? Heavy order processing and invoicing to include; renewal generation, price and process and coordinate processing / invoicing of new customer order billings, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Tracking and shipping of orders.
? Communicate with regional sales team(s) regarding all regional activity.
? Coordinate and manage all account maintenance for assigned region ensuring adherence to department policies.
? Answer incoming customer service calls. Offering general product information, customer service and research functions.
? Outbound customer services calls to existing customers.
? Follow up and interact with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, Legal and other departments.
QualificationsExcellent customer service and sales support skills
Demonstrate flexibility; very detail oriented, strong organizational skills, must be able to multi task several projects while meeting multiple deadlines.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work in a team environment.
A moderate to high level of proficiency in WORD and EXCEL is required.
