My client, a top-tier employer in Rockville, MD is seeking to add polished customer service representatives to their team- We are seeking candidates with solid work histories and the ability to multitask in a fast paced, call center/production environment.

Deliver prompt, accurate and courteous service by handling verbal and written inquiries for policyholders and general agents.


Skills Required
Strong communication skills
45 WPM typing speed
Proficient working in windows environment to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to function in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills

Experience
Minimum of 3 years customer relations – call center experience
