Data/Customer Relations Manager

Qualifying Skills: 1.   Must have minimum AA degree and 3+ years supervisory experience in fast paced, dynamic environment with a variety of personalities;

2.  Proficient computer skills including desktop hardware, software applications (MS Office) and Web/Internet;

3.  Experience with database management (Access);

4.  Excellent customer service communication skills;

5.  Ability to hire, train and supervise entry-level temp staff;

6.  Knowledge of network hardware/LAN/servers, EDI, etc a plus, but not required.

 

Job Duties:

Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

? Oversight of high volume database work flow;

? Management of data entry staff;

? Direct interaction with database clients for support and troubleshooting;

? Data distributions and reporting using Access;

? Daily quality assessment of data processing;

? Update reporting to senior management.

 

Rate:Temp to Hire Position @ $14 - $16 / hour + Eligibility for benefits package including medical, paid vacation and retirement plan occurs after probationary periods
