We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player to process application files and enter demographic data, as well as conduct research and interact with clinicians to verify information.

 

Primary responsibilities include:
Performing source verification with clinicians for credentialing/re-credentialing Working with credentialing vendors and clinicians over the phone
Entering provider demographic information using internal systems
Meeting quality and production standards 



Prior data entry and customer service experience is required. Knowledge of medical or psychological diagnostic terminology and coding is preferred. General computer proficiency is required.
