Data Entry Specialist

Hospitality Assist and support the Owner Referral Department with data entry and other administrative duties as assigned.
Will enter Owner Referral leads into a Microsoft Database.
Will be required to input a minimum of 200 leads  during an eight (8) hour shift, or 100 leads per 4 hour shift.
Assist with processing of reports and entry into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Other duties as assigned.



 


A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Data entry alpha and numeric skill testing must be completed, showing a minimum of 9000 kph and 95% or better accuracy.
Typing skill test required showing a minimum of 40 wpm with 95% accuracy or better.
Ability to perform repetitive duties on a daily basis.Strong computer skills are required.
Microsoft Office experience required specifically high beginner to intermediate level Excel and Access experience.
Knowledge of or ability to learn other software as needed.
