Dealer Service Representative

If so, we have a great opportunity for you!
One of our clients in Westwood is looking for experienced customer service/call center associates. If you have at least 1 year of call center/customer service experience in your background, please read the description below. The ideal candidate will be able to provide their own transportation to Westwood, MA. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent.
SUMMARY: Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned.)
?Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service
?Fills out contract forms, determine charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders
?Take offsite requests from dealers and initiate callbacks to customers until job is scheduled
?Process offsite fax requests from dealers and initiate callbacks until job is scheduled
?Work with dispatcher to schedule jobs in a quick efficient manner
?Update all technician invoice information and complete job in dispatch program
?Call previous days "no shows" and reschedule appointments as possible
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCES: Ability to type 30-40 wpm, some customer service experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office
OTHER SKILLS: Bi-lingual, English/Spanish preferred
