Debt Collector Representatives:

 

Phillips & Burns Inc. offers top pay in the collection industry. Phillips & Burns is a provider for accounts receivable with multiple locations. Our Tampa office is currently seeking 10 debt collection representatives.

 

High volume call center environment collecting third party credit card and automobile debt. Collection representative is responsible  for negotiating payment preparations and arrangements with debtors. Collector must meet monthly goals and demonstrate good communication skills. Must be dependable, outgoing and motivated by incentives.

 

In search of collectors with at  least 1 year debt collection experience but willing to interview and highly consider any person with telemarketing, sales and customer service experience. Bilingual a big plus.

* High school diploma or GED

* Good oral and written communication skills

* Basic computer skills

* Capacity to work a flexible schedule with morning and evening shifts

* Express ability to adapt to a team oriented environment.
