Department Supervisor - Anchorage, AK

Currently we are seeking Department Supervisors to join our store team. Department Supervisors interact and sell products to our guests; train associates on product knowledge, selling skills, merchandising standards and guest services; and lead a team of associates in promoting sales and profit goals. Department Supervisors also have total store accountability of opening and closing operations.

The position allows you to learn our business one department at a time, while grooming your operational knowledge and people skills. Experience in supervising and selling is a plus.

Successful candidates will have a passion for selling and for providing exceptional customer service; as well as, possess strong leadership, communication, training and organizational skills.
