Homestead Technologies is looking for energetic, creative, web-savvy people to help manage a key portion of our product offering. Our design consultants work closely with designers to help deliver custom websites to our customers.  You must have demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and take a strong initiative. A passion for consumer products and the web is essential.

 

Responsibilities will include:

-Working with and managing independent designers

-Reviewing website content and designs

-Manage customer accounts from point of order to delivery of services

-Delivering customer service for inbound phone calls including problem solving, explaining products and services and answering customer?s questions

 

Qualifications:

-BA/BS required

-1 to 2 years of product experience, ideally with Internet products or an applicable area of web or software development

-Excellent written communication and copy editing skills

-A commitment to superior customer service

-Ability to interact successfully with diverse groups of people and prospective clients

-Superb communication, project management and organizational skills

-Strong attention to detail

-Working knowledge of Photoshop or other design program

-Familiarity with HTML and XML desirable
