Destination Specialist

Job Description: This position acts as the single point of accountability for managing the relocation of employees that utilize destination services without home sale assistance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage the relocation for transferees at destination being their single point of accountability and their advocate.

2. Support Relocation Counselor by performing research, selection and coordination of destination agents. Responsible for contract review, data entry and referral fee management.

3. Educate Client HR contacts on minor relocation issues as related to transferring family. Communicate with them regarding exception management specific to transferee, including recommendations on specific exceptions to policy. Provide them transferee status updates, keeping them abreast of issues and solutions that arise such that they aren't blindsided; and projects and reports as requested.

4. Participate in client/prospect visits.

5. Coordinate with all internal departments/functions to ensure successful transferee experience.

6. Track home purchase activity to ensure effective quality service and transferee satisfaction.

7. Other duties as assigned. Input notes in system throughout process, as needed.
