 Position Overview

 

Ensure the day to day operations of the collections department are running efficiently and productively through running and managing the predictive dialer and through the administration of the phone system and its analysis tools.  Provide reporting and analytics for the operations of the department and provide technical assistance to collections staff.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

? Support and promote the mission, values and principles of PowerNet Global Communications.

? Provide daily downloads in to the dialer system and manage account list to be called.

? Assist in evaluating effectiveness of collections strategy and offer suggestions for improvement.

? Maintain reporting and analytics for collections department including, but not limited to; Production reporting, quality reporting, incentive program reporting, and any other ad-hoc requests as necessary.

? Monitor activity real-time for deficiencies in dialing and productivity and provide feedback to collections staff and management team.

? Provide training and share best practices for employees in need of development or improvement in productivity

? Use host billing system to provide reporting and analyze roll-rates and delinquency effectiveness.

? Work with dialer help desk and internal IT departments to help ensure optimal effectiveness of all collections systems.

? Provide programming assistance in creation of GUI and other collections related applications to increase efficiency of collections staff.

? Manage dialer exclusion list to ensure customers are called appropriately and during allowable calling times per FDCPA guidelines.

? Provide process improvement initiatives to management team and help coordination/implementation of key processes.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

 

? High school Diploma or GED required, Bachelors a plus

? Collections/Call center experience required

? Must have proven oral and written skills

? Understand logistics flow process

? Experience running predictive dialers preferred

? Reporting experience required with the use of MS Excel and MS Access

? Working knowledge of Visual Basic, C++, PHP preferred
