Position Summary:

 

Market Leader in Custom Metal Fabricated Products used in Industrial, Commercial/Architectural, Government, and Parks & Recreation applications is seeking a Director; Inside Sales & Service.  Successful candidates will meet the requirements below and will be measured by results against a comprehensive baseline.

 

Responsibilities:

 

?  Supervise and manage 12 Account Managers; Oversee Detailing Manager & Department, 6 people; Direct and Manage Project Fulfillment, 2-4 people; 50%

?  Manage, Handle and Resolve all Customer Claims; 10%

?  Information Flow Process Improvement; 12%

?  Oversee order entry, job entry ? Information Quality Review group, 3 people; 15%

?  Management group meeting participation; Strategic Planning and Alignment; 5%

?  Order, Customer, Region, Territory, Product Group; Sales margin feedback; Quoting and pricing standards; 8%

 

Requirements:

 

Must Have:

 

1. Successful experience quoting and closing bids for custom solution sales.

2. Experience Coaching, Developing and Leading people.

3. Solid understanding of Supply Chain Philosophy.

4.Strong orientation towards process and experience improving business processes/systems.

 

Would Like:

 

1. Previous Construction or Metals Sales experience

2. Logistics, Order Fulfillment and Customer Service experience

3. Manufacturing, Distribution experience

4. Structural/Civil or Mechanical Engineering understanding

5. Business or Marketing degree (MBA Preferred)
