- The Director of Direct Operations will have responsibility for leading and managing the direct call center and funding operations.?
- Coach and develop 2+ Department Managers and up to 10 Unit Managers
- Lead the two functions that will have up to 250+ associates
- Manage relationships with key internal clients
- Continually monitor call patterns and funding process flows and productivity/efficiency results in order to seek process improvements
- Create a collaborative environment in which all associates at all levels of the departments are encouraged to voice concerns and opinions
- Work with our product development group (M&A) to roll out new test programs
- Work with our department operations analysis team to identify key operational improvements
- Be committed to creating an unparalleled customer experience in the financial services industry
- Manage a budget of up to $15 M

Required Skills:
- Must have 8+ years experience managing at an exempt level 5+ in a call center operations environment. A demonstrated understanding of call center technology best practices. Site director preferred.? Financial services experience required.? Auto Finance experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional people leader
- Very strong quantitative and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, build relationships and influence senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across different functional areas (e.g. finance, analysis, operations, etc.)
- Ability to focus on increasing productivity while maintaining a great associate environment
- Ability to create a future strategy, while also involved in day to day detail
- Undergraduate degree required and advanced degree preferred
