Work closely with outside sales staff to process Directory information requests Research & verify information using data available through JDE software, contact with sales staff & contact with members Collaborate with other departmental personnel to coordinate work flow and research requests Organize & prepare change requests for data entry Provide support for other special projects as needed Required Skills:
PC knowledge (Microsoft Office) Strong organization skills (accuracy extremely important) Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) Strong team player Multi-task oriented Detail minded Ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team
