Dispatch Representative

We are currently inviting resumes for Dispatch Representatives to join our Technical Services Team!

 

These key individuals will be responsible for ensuring smooth repair of CompUSA products for CompUSA customers, while working through a third party vendor. The successful candidates will also be responsible for the administration of dispatch orders to local stores or other locations for technician support. This is considered an entry level position.

 

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accountable for daily phone dispatch support for CompUSA teams and for third party clients.
Responsible for helping stores or other locations comply with standard time frames on delivery of services. 
Maintains tracking of all dispatches including entering data, faxing orders to stores or other locations, and closure of dispatch once completed.
Directs unresolved issues to Supervisor
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:
High School education or GED, 1-2 years of related experience in a call center environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical understanding of consumer electronics and/or computers is a must.
PC proficiency
EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills including SUPERIOR customer service skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills
The ideal candidates for these positions will enjoy technology products!
A+ Certification is considered a plus

 

This position is located in North Dallas (Addison) off Beltline Road and the North Dallas Tollway.
