Dish Network has an employment opportunity for individuals with energy, intellect, and the need to achieve as a Dispatch Specialist I.  The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 

?  Dispatches orders and relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews, other departments and customers

 

?  Prepares daily work order and distributes to service crew on a daily basis

 

?  Schedules dispatch service calls and dispatches local and/or national service crews

 

?  Answers and routes incoming customer calls to the right locations to ensure customer satisfaction

 

?  Keeps record of service calls and work orders, and updates records to maintain accurate information

 

?  Updates dispatching grid based on the CSG E Connect report

 

?  Categorizes information, finds errors that need to be corrected, and submits for approval 

 

?  Informs upper level dispatch employees of arising daily problems

 

?  Provide accurate information regarding services available, and fees associated with those services, as appropriate

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires intermediate computer skills, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications; general office knowledge involving filing, data entry, operating multi-line phone system and customer service. Must be self-directed.  Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
