Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Great opportunity exists for high-energy individual to work for busy heating repair/supplier.  Will dispatch technicians for emergency calls and deliveries as needed.  Will work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services the company offers.  Will be responsible for taking calls from customers, issuing purchase orders if needed, ordering parts and supplies to be used and dispatching personnel.  Need ability to prioritize, excellent organization skills, good computer skills and professional phone presence.  Great opportunity, wonderful and friendly co-workers, excellent benefits package.
